The Classic Cats are a four piece band playing a variety of rock & pop favorites
for dancing and listening pleasure. The band is comprised of four talented musicians
from the Orange and L.A. county areas. Originally formed in 1990 by guitarist Rick
Daunch and bassist Rick Denny, the Classic Cats have performed in and around Southern
California for more than 16 years entertaining audiences at a variety of events including,
night clubs, weddings, outdoor festivals, corporate and community events and county fairs,
as well as private parties and special events.
The Classic Cats can help make your next event a success by providing either
soft dinner / cocktail music and / or high energy dance rock for your guests. Their song
catalog represents the full spectrum of rock and pop favorites from the early pioneering
artists of the 50's and 60's such as Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly and the Beatles, to the popular
hits of the 70's and 80's by artists such as Elton John, the Eagles and Santana. The Classic Cats
also cover today's top groups such as the Goo Goo dolls, Lenny Kravitz and INXS to name
just a few, they also throw in a bit of disco and R&B from the Commodores and K.C & the
Sunshine Band providing an irresisitable dance beat for your guests. Their repertoire is extensive
and continues to grow; they are able to provide a musical atmosphere suited to most any event.

( guitar / vocals / keyboards) Rick Denny (bass / vocals ) and the newest member of the band
Dennis Mahon ( drums, percussion, vocals )
Collectively they represent over eighty years of stage and studio experience which they draw
upon at every performance. Their professionalism is evident in thier stage presence and atittude.
